The other one is a lazy eyed preset, made to look bored and sleepy. When you select the preset you will have to modify the other eye to your liking. Disabled for random and for the left eye only. The closed eye still “blinks” and it clips a little but it’s made to be hidden behind an eye patch so it doesn’t really matter. I have a one-eyed sim, available for males and females teen to elder (I think all occults?).
They are absolutely not perfect but they work fine for me. I have 2 sims in particular that have a particular eye shape (in my mind) and I wasn’t able to find the eye presets I wanted so I made them.
